Warehouse Supervisor

Pay Rate: $22.00 – $26.00/hr

Schedule: 12:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities.

• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse associates to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.

• Coordinate staffing, assign workloads, and monitor performance to meet operational deadlines.

• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety standards.

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, verify documentation, and maintain inventory records.

• Analyze warehouse KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Maintain facility organization, cleanliness, and security while promoting a positive team environment.

• Collaborate with management, carriers, and customers to resolve operational issues and improve service levels.

• Previous warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills, and WMS knowledge preferred

Compensation: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
