Warehouse Inventory Control Position – Wilmer, TX

?? Pay: $20.50 per hour
?? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse. This role works closely with warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and quality teams to support efficient inventory management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: ? Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
? Maintain inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems
? Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages
? Process inventory adjustments and document findings
? Monitor product movement through receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes
? Utilize RF scanners to perform inventory transactions and audits
? Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records
? Generate and analyze inventory reports
? Assist with annual physical inventory counts
? Verify product locations and maintain proper warehouse organization
? Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and warehouse safety standards

Requirements: ? Previous inventory control experience preferred
? Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
? Basic computer and Excel knowledge
? Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
? Excellent attendance and reliability
