This role serves as a key quality and inventory control point, ensuring all returned products are accurately evaluated, graded, documented, and prepared for resale, shipment, or disposition.Responsibilities:Receive and inspect returned golf equipment.Verify product specifications, condition, and quantities.Clean, grade, and prepare products for resale or shipment.Process returns accurately in company systems.Maintain inventory accuracy through detailed verification and reporting.Ensure shipping accuracy and proper documentation.Perform quality control inspections and identify damaged or defective items.Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Qualifications:Previous warehouse, returns, inventory, or quality control experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Basic math skills for quantity verification and inventory control.Ability to use scanners and warehouse management systems.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
