Position Summary

The Mixer is responsible for weighing, measuring, and blending ingredients according to recipes while maintaining food safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Follow recipes and production schedules.
• Operate mixing and production equipment.
• Maintain food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards.
• Clean equipment and work areas.
• Perform quality checks and report issues.

Qualifications

• Food production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
