Shipping & Order Processing Associate

Position Summary

The Shipping & Order Processing Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, shipping documentation, and workflow support within the warehouse. This position plays a critical role in maintaining order accuracy and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping Documentation

• Print daily picking lists and shipping paperwork.
• Generate shipping labels using internal systems.
• Verify shipping documents match the correct customer orders and products.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete.

Order Processing & System Control

• Scan and process orders according to daily picking lists.
• Ensure all orders are accurately completed and closed in the system before the end of each shift.
• Coordinate with picking and packing teams to maintain order accuracy.
• Follow established procedures and system requirements to prevent processing errors.
