Description
Prologistix/Employbridge is seeking experienced Machine Operators to operate Peerless Plate machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: $19.00/hour
Shift: 1st/2nd/3rd Shift Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Peerless Plate machines safely and efficiently
- Load and unload paper materials
- Monitor machine performance and make approved adjustments
- Perform daily safety and compliance checks
- Troubleshoot equipment and product quality issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow LOTO, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and company procedures
- Report equipment or production concerns promptly

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication and quality focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders
- Hard-soled leather work boots required
