Description
Prologistix/Employbridge is seeking experienced and safety-focused Welders to join Triad Metals. This position involves Flux Core welding on carbon steel, blueprint reading, fabrication, and overhead crane operation in a production environment.
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Flux Core welding on carbon steel components
- Complete Vertical 2G and 3G welds
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Fit, align, and weld parts to specifications
- Inspect completed welds and verify quality standards
- Operate overhead cranes safely
- Perform routine equipment inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:
- ?1+ years of welding experience preferred
- AWS D1.5 Certification preferred (client can certify qualified candidates)
- Flux Core welding experience required
- MIG and Stick welding experience a plus
- Blueprint reading and fabrication experience required
- Overhead crane experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
