General Warehouse Associate

$19.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Occasional overtime available on Saturdays from 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Edgerton, KS. In this role, you will support production and warehouse operations by assisting with material handling, waste removal, housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist assemblers by gathering and delivering parts needed for production projects.
• Break down boxes, containers, packaging materials, and other assembly-related waste.
• Operate a manual pallet jack to move and replace full waste gondolas throughout the facility.
• Transport cardboard and recyclable materials to designated balers and compactors (training provided).
• Maintain cleanliness around waste collection areas, receptacles, and gondolas.
• Sweep, dust, and mop assigned areas to ensure safe and clean workspaces.
• Keep designated pedestrian and traffic pathways clear of debris and obstructions at all times.
• Maintain organized and clean baler, compactor, and waste management areas.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and janitorial duties as needed.
• Support additional warehouse activities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Capable of pushing, pulling, and moving materials and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
