Job Opening: Forklift Operator

Employbridge is hiring dependable Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse environment. This role includes reviewing shipping orders on a tablet, verifying documentation, picking and pulling flooring products, palletizing materials, and securing loads with shrink wrap. Work is approximately 60% manual labor and 40% forklift operation, depending on daily needs.

Shifts Available:

Sun–Thu: 6:00 PM–5:30 AM

Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM

2 Saturdays/month (7:00 AM–12:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stack, and palletize flooring materials
• Shrink-wrap pallets for shipment
• Review and interpret shipping orders
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation
• Prepare paperwork for outbound freight
• Coordinate inbound/outbound schedules
• Communicate with carriers for pickups
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Complete daily equipment checks
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year warehouse experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment
