Job Opening: 1st/2nd/3rd Shift – General Factory – Packers

Prologistix/Employbridge is seeking dependable Packing & Boxing Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting, packaging, boxing, and palletizing products while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. 

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $15.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $16.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: $16.00/hour

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products before packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Package and box finished products according to specifications
• Stack boxed products onto pallets using proper palletizing methods
• Operate sealing equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow product specifications, quality standards, and production procedures
• Report product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns
• Follow Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
