Job Opening: Reach Truck Operator
Description
Prologistix/Employbridge is seeking experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck Drivers to join the team at FeedMore. This position is responsible for operating a reach truck, loading and unloading materials, moving product throughout the warehouse, and supporting inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe work environment.
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Move and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Check freight for accuracy and inspect for damage
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory control tasks
- Keep work areas clean and free of debris
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards to management
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of verifiable reach truck experience within the last 2 years required
- Minimum 12 months of stand-up forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Familiarity with RFID technology preferred
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus
