This specialized role is responsible for supporting warehouse and fulfillment operations through accurate order processing, inventory management, and shipment preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Location: Whitsett
Hours and Pay:
1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:30am – 3:00pm $20.00/hr
Primary Focus
Support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations by accurately processing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring on-time shipment performance through the use of handheld scanners, warehouse management systems, and established operating procedures.
- Use pick lists, handheld scanners, and warehouse management systems (WMS) to locate and remove materials from inventory for order fulfillment.
- Move materials from stock locations to designated order fill areas and verify order accuracy through barcode scanning and system transactions.
- Package products according to customer requirements and company quality standards, ensuring shipments are properly prepared and documented.
- Prepare shipments by applying labels, processing shipment transactions, and verifying counts before release.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment record
- Inspect packaging integrity to ensure products are protected during transportation
