Join a growing metal-free warehouse in Wilmer, TX! We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, and inventory.
• Process orders and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally.
• Prepare reports, shipping documentation, and inventory updates.
• Maintain strong communication with internal departments and customers.

Requirements:

? Previous Warehouse CSR experience required
? Strong computer and data entry skills
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Must have an unexpired State Issued ID or Driver’s License
? Must wear composite toe shoes/boots
? Ability to work overtime as needed
? Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
