Are you detail-oriented and experienced in production or manufacturing environments? We’re looking for a Batching Operator to join a growing team in Victorville, CA. This position is available on all shifts and offers competitive pay at 18.50 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to production formulas and specifications.
• Prepare batches accurately while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Operate and monitor batching equipment and production systems.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product consistency.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous batching, mixing, manufacturing, food production, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow formulas, recipes, and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and the ability to complete production documentation.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
