Warehouse Quality Assurance

A local distribution in Ontario of a popular name brand of cosmetics is looking for a Quality Assurance associate to join and add value to their team.

Temp to hire opportunity!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm – 11:30pm OT until 1:30am (10 hours a day) and Saturdays

Pay $20.50/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Selects, identifies, verifies, packages, labels, and places product(s) into shipping container(s) and/or ships (loads) product(s) as required.
• Details actual tasks vs. expected tasks thru the comparison of picking and/or packing lists to customer documents.
• Recounts product before shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Delegating orders to the auditors 
• Communication with other departments for discrepancies
• Providing weekly/monthly quality audit reports  
• Ensures product(s) meet(s) all requirements before packing and shipping.
• Handles all products according to customer and employer procedures.
• Communicates effectively with leadership and co-workers

• Pre-employment screenings 
• Resume and interview required
• Proficient on Excel, Outlook and utilize Teams
• Efficient and clear communication with operations team, client and auditors
• Great attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overtime
