Production / Pick & Pack / Runner Associate

Pay:  

• Production Worker: $18.00/hr  
• Pick & Pack Associate: $19.00 – $19.50/hr DOE  
• Runner Associate: $19.00 – $19.50/hr DOE  

Job Type: Full-Time

We're hiring dependable team members to support production, packaging, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and inspect products for quality.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders.
• Supply production lines with materials and ingredients.
• Move inventory and products throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, production, manufacturing, or pick/pack experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Pallet jack experience is a plus.

Work Environment

• Refrigerated facility (approximately 36°F).
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
