Job Opening: Warehouse Lead

Hiring for TEAM Lead in Whitestown, IN!

Shift: 2nd shift: 4:00pm – 12:30am; Monday – Friday with OT.

Pay rate: $24 / $25 an hour, would depend on experience.

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse and e-commerce operations. This role is responsible for leading associates, driving productivity, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and support associates to achieve daily production goals.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and attendance.
• Train employees on safety procedures and operational processes.
• Resolve employee and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy in shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a 3PL, warehouse, distribution, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong problem-resolution and decision-making skills.
• English required; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
