Job Opening: Processor I

Resource MFG is looking for Fresh Cut Production Associates in Warrendale, PA

Pay: $18.00

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Start time: 8:00 AM
• End time: Typically between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, depending on production needs

Work Environment

• Cold, wet production environment maintained between 34°F and 40°F year-round
• Frequent exposure to water, moisture, and refrigerated conditions
• Operate electric pallet jacks after training
• Required to wear steel-toe, composite-toe, or safety slip-resistant and water-resistant boots

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Process fresh-cut vegetables and other food products according to customer orders and production schedules
• Cut, portion, package, and label products accurately for next-day delivery
• Prepare and stage finished products for shipment
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and food safety standards
• Follow all company sanitation and safety procedures
• Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling as needed

Qualifications

• Previous production, warehouse, food manufacturing, or packaging experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in cold and wet conditions for extended periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
