What You’ll Do:
- Analyze testing logs to identify and troubleshoot system failures.
- Monitor racks and units in real time throughout the testing process.
- Conduct functional, diagnostic, and electrical safety tests, including HiPot testing.
- Transport and stage equipment safely within designated testing areas.
- Document test results, failure analysis, and corrective actions.
- Escalate issues quickly to minimize downtime and meet production goals.
- Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Associate degree, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of IT, computer systems, electronics, or technical testing experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Linux command-line environments.
- Strong computer, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around testing equipment, racks, and production systems.
