Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – $25–$27/hr
Pay: $25–$27/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a wood pallet manufacturing facility! This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting, working with different types of equipment, and tackling new challenges.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment
- Inspect electrical wiring and perform necessary repairs
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Learn and maintain existing and new plant equipment
- Identify potential equipment issues and safety hazards
- Assist with additional maintenance projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience with production automation equipment
- Low-voltage electrical experience required
- Basic plumbing, electrical wiring, and carpentry skills
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize urgent repairs
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety
