Operations Department Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Coppell, TX | $27.00/Hour

Shift: Monday-Friday Hours: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

As a Department Supervisor, you’ll work alongside an experienced leadership team to oversee daily operations, develop employees, and ensure productivity, safety, and quality goals are consistently achieved. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid of difficult conversations and enjoys being actively engaged with the workforce.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a large team of warehouse associates
• Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational performance
• Track and analyze KPIs and metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to achieve operational goals
• Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor and foster employee engagement

Qualifications

? Leadership experience required

Experience with:

• Large employee headcounts
• Large facilities and/or multi-shift operations
• SAP systems
• Inventory Control
• KPI and performance metric reporting

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable having performance-based and accountability conversations
• Clamp forklift experience preferred
