Night Shift Sanitation Technician

Join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and food-safe production environment. As a Night Shift Sanitation Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring equipment and facility cleanliness while supporting product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment after each shift.
• Clean floors, walls, drains, overhead pipes, and work areas using approved procedures.
• Wash and sanitize utensils, tools, and processing equipment.
• Safely handle sanitation chemicals and follow all usage guidelines.
• Complete sanitation records accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to support daily startup.
• Follow all safety policies, GMPs, SOPs, and food safety requirements.
• Properly use PPE and report hazards, injuries, quality concerns, or food safety issues.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Industrial, food manufacturing, or sanitation experience preferred.
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in basic English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
