Job Opening: Dispatcher

ProLogistix is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Greer, SC! If you have strong computer skills, dispatch experience, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Shift: Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM $22.00/HR

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers 
• Schedule delivery orders directly with customers
• Communicate with drivers throughout the delivery process
• Monitor and manage daily routes using two web-based dispatch systems
• Provide exceptional customer service while resolving delivery issues and concerns
• Maintain accurate records and update delivery information in real time

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dispatch experience
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Experience working with internet-based systems and software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude
