Now Hiring: Fiberglass Laminator
Location: Medley
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18-$22/hour (based on experience)
Join our team and help build high-quality fiberglass boat components. We are seeking an experienced Laminator to manufacture fiberglass parts by applying fiberglass materials, resin, and reinforcement materials according to production specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lay fiberglass materials into molds.
- Apply resin and reinforcement materials.
- Use rollers and hand tools to ensure proper adhesion and remove air pockets.
- Follow blueprints, lamination schedules, and production guidelines.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Safely handle fiberglass materials, resins, and chemicals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Previous fiberglass lamination or composite manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of fiberglass materials, resins, and curing processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Boat building or related manufacturing experience is a plus.
