Job Opening: Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Dearborn, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments from vendors, customers, and other warehouse locations
• Verify quantities and inspect materials for accuracy and damage
• Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated storage locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
• Cut and prepare wire products to customer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

  Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year minimum of warehouse or distribution experience required
  • Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required

   

  Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move 50-100 lbs. unassisted
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, and pull throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 feet when needed
