Join a premier boat manufacturing team! We are seeking an experienced Gelcoat Painter to help produce high-quality boats by applying gel coat finishes to hulls, liners, molds, and components. What You'll Do

• Prepare molds and surfaces for gel coat application.
• Mix materials and adjust catalyst levels as needed.
• Apply gel coat evenly to meet color and thickness specifications.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate, clean, and maintain gel coat spray equipment.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with additional production duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of gel coat painting experience.
• Experience operating and maintaining gel coat spray equipment.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and workplace safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
