Pay & Bonus

• 1st Shift: $17.10 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $19.00 per hour
• Attendance Bonus: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour worked for perfect attendance throughout the project week

Job Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using order sheets or scanners
• Pack products securely for shipment
• Label and prepare outgoing orders
• Verify product counts and ensure order accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Support warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

• Warehouse, fulfillment, or picking/packing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to meet productivity and quality expectations
