What We Are Looking For

If you are reliable, energetic, and ready to get to work, you will fit right in. Here is what it takes to join our team:

• Experience: 3 months to 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, picking/packing, or material handling experience.

• Age requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

• Physical stamina: Able to comfortably stand, bend, walk, push, and pull throughout a 10-hour shift.

• Lifting power: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

• Daily tasks: Comfortable loading, unloading, staging inventory, or feeding production lines.

• Gear: Must have your own composite-toe safety shoes.

• Mindset: A strong team player with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to keeping the workplace safe.
