Hiring Event Details

• Dates: Wednesday & Thursday, November 11th & 12th
• Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Location: ProLogistix Office, 1340 Post & Paddock Road, STE 400, Grand Prairie, TX 75050
• What to bring: I-9 documentation and an updated resume

Shift & Compensation Breakdown

Enjoy a guaranteed 40-hour work week with stable schedules.

(Base rates include an additional +$3.00/hr Peak Pay Incentive active from Nov 15 – Dec 26!)

• Day Shifts: $17.00 an hour base ($20.00 an hour during Peak) | Start times: 6:00 AM & 6:30 AM
• Evening Shifts: $18.00 an hour base ($21.00 an hour during Peak) | Start times: 4:30 PM & 5:00 PM

Daily Responsibilities

This is a fast-paced but highly manageable role handling small e-commerce items:

• Sort lightweight inventory (items ranging from letters to small boxes no larger than a shoebox)
• Scan and match units accurately by alphanumeric codes to designated locations
• Maintain sorting speed of 20 to 22 packages per minute
• Assist with basic station setup including labeling, hanging bags, and clearing racks

What You Need to Bring to the Team 

• Age requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical stamina: Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for up to a 10-hour shift.
• Sharp eye for detail: Ability to quickly match letters and numbers under fast-paced deadlines.
• Background readiness: Able to provide 2 forms of ID and verify your last 5 years of residential history.
• Experience level: No experience? No problem! E-commerce or mail sorting experience is a plus, but we provide full, paid training from day one.
