Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

About the Role: Ingersoll Rand is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility in Alsip, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on our production machinery to ensure minimal downtime and optimal efficiency.

What You Will Do:

• Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and repair CNC equipment, including complex machine component rebuilds (turret alignment, spindle/motor replacements).Electrical & Controls: Navigate CNC controls (OSP, Fanuc, Haas) and work safely with various electrical voltages. Fluid Power: Design, implement, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Preventative Maintenance: Identify, develop, and execute daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual PM schedules on all CNC equipment.

What We Look For

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience navigating CNC controls and performing machine component rebuilds.
• Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience with repairing/installing various voltages, as well as designing and implementing hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment (exposed to heat, cold, noise, and fumes).Preferred Skills: Experience with Fanuc robots and simple fabrication/welding is a strong plus.
