1st shift: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Sunday varies

Pay: $25.00 to $28.00 per shift

  • Supports specific shift associate needs and/or front /back support
  • Very visible to production floor to support operations
  • Knowledgeable about client policies and procedures
  • Supports daily / weekly communication for assigned scope of work
  • Supports communication to company team for action
  • Key driver of performance management for associates
  • Positive employee relations and engagement support
  • Reviews onboarding material again with new hires

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Previous lead experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience 
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook

Gear Up for a Safer, Rewarding Future: Forklift Drivers Wanted!

Summary:

The main function of a forklift/heavy machine operator is to operate industrial trucks or machinery in a warehouse, storage yard, factory, construction site, or similar location. A typical forklift/heavy machine operator is responsible for the operation of heavy machinery to safely move product load around the facility. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Review product load for accuracy and ensure timely and complete delivery

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment such as cleaning, lubricating or fueling.

• Weigh materials or products, and record weight and other production data on tags or labels.

• Signal workers to discharge, dump or level materials.

Job Requirements:

Skills:

• Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, team player and problem solving skills.

• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Forklift operators’ license required.

• 8-10 years manufacturing experience required.
