ProLogistix is looking for Production Supervisors in the Denver area!!!

Pay: $40-$45/hr

Schedule: 2 shifts available!!!

               Sun-Thurs 12pm-9pm

               Sun-Thurs 8pm-4am

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the coordination of various manufacturing and warehouse functions within a single large, complex and fast paced production facility to drive maximum financial results and deliver a quality on-time product for customers.

Job Duties:

• Develop, monitor, and ensure timely completion of plant goals/action plans, both short and long term.
• Utilize new technology and lean manufacturing principals and processes available to maximize efficiency.
• Promote development of cost saving initiatives.
• Develop a work environment within manufacturing that promotes trust, teamwork quality and safety.
• Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with client, Federal and State guidelines Ensure regulatory compliance as appropriate (OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, Etc.)

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

2 or more years of leadership experience in a production environment

1 of more years’ experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong leadership background – ability to direct a diverse unionized workforce

Ability to manage and develop employees

Availability – willingness to work hours and holidays

Strong skills Working knowledge of MS applications including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, - PowerPoint and ability to grasp additional business-related applications.

ProLogistix is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a temp to hire opportunity in Denver!

Shift: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday

Pay: $25.00 per hour

• Performs daily load planning, routing and coordinating of all deliveries using warehouse and transportation management systems
• Owns the coordination of all Inbound and Outbound orders to/from the facility
• May be required to track inventory, process units, and prepare for shipment and delivery
• Maintains open communication with customer sales force regarding scheduled deliveries
• Acts as a central communication hub between network drivers, customers, site personnel, and third-party carriers
• Arranges outsourced carriers as needed
• Provides critical customer service via telephone and email with consistent professionalism
• Serves as a key Customer Service Representative at the site, and build strong relationships with members of the customer sales force
• Utilized thorough product knowledge to ensure customers receive the correct product in proper working condition

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in warehousing or DOT or related required
• Experience with coordinator, route planning, and customer service experience required
• Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment

Pay: Starts at $19.00 per hour DOE

Multiple shifts available!

• Operates a variety of equipment including standup, sit-down forklift, cherry picker and electric pallet jack
• Warehouse environment
• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Troubleshoot equipment issues
• Meet production standards
• Storing, moving and managing materials
• Use of handheld scanners or on-board computers
• Follow warehouse systems and processes
• Potentially load and unload trailers
