Maintenance Technician
Location: Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Job Description
- Maintain and repair production equipment including welding machines, tube drawing machines, annealing furnaces, and grinding equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Set up and operate machines such as Bridgeport mills, engine lathes, CNC mills, drill presses, band saws, and grinders
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Support production teams to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs for compliance
- Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve performance
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience operating manual and CNC machining equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Requirements:
• Proficiency with basic inspection hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gage pins
