Maintenance Technician
Location: Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Job Description

• Maintain and repair production equipment including welding machines, tube drawing machines, annealing furnaces, and grinding equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Set up and operate machines such as Bridgeport mills, engine lathes, CNC mills, drill presses, band saws, and grinders
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Support production teams to ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs for compliance
• Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve performance
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience operating manual and CNC machining equipment
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
