We are seeking experienced Warehouse Associates with proven PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience to join our team in West Chester, OH. This role supports multiple areas of warehouse operations and will not involve operating PIT equipment for the entire shift.

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate PIT equipment including reach truck, cherry picker, and forklift
• Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Perform inventory management and material handling
• Support general warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Previous PIT equipment experience is required (no training will be provided)
• Experience operating:
  • Reach truck (highly preferred)
  • Cherry picker (highly preferred)
  • Forklift
• Turret truck experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work (standing, lifting, bending)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple functions

What to Expect

• This role is a combination of PIT operation and general warehouse work
• Candidates must be comfortable transitioning between equipment operation and manual tasks throughout the shift

Job Requirements:

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join our team in West Chester, OH. This role involves picking, packing, and handling products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet performance and attendance expectations.

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $17.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $18.00/hour
• Must be available to work weekends as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders using RF scanning equipment
• Accurately prepare shipments for delivery
• Use packing materials and equipment (including tape guns) efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy KPIs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
• Ability to walk, bend, and use steps throughout the shift
• Ability to remain in a stationary position while completing tasks
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Strong reliability and attendance record is essential

Additional Requirements

• Attendance is a critical component of this role
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Job Duties

• Safely operate electric OPRs, reach trucks, turrets, and cherry pickers
• Pick single-line items from racks and replenish products in pick modules
• Put product away using proper equipment and techniques
• Successfully complete and pass an EO assessment
• Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards
• Follow warehouse procedures and maintain housekeeping
• Bring strong attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn
• Understand that you will not be on a forklift the entire shift; other warehouse tasks will be required
