  • Driver Check In/Front Desk
  • Front Office Communication/ Appointment Management.
  • Manages multiple email inboxes, ensuring communications are timely and organized
  • Answers incoming calls, providing support or directing to appropriate personnel as necessary
  • Proactively communicates with Warehouse Manager on shifting priorities and needs
  • Performing quality checks on stored inventory
  • Preparing Operation Reports – Daily, Weekly, Monthly.
  • Preparing Bills of Lading from EBL Inventory System.
  • Scheduling Appointments for Deliveries and or Shipments.
  • Preparing Devanning Reports from customer’s system and EBL Inventory system.
  • Maintaining appropriate filing systems.
  • Track and order office and warehouse supplies.
  • Act as initial entry point of contact for visitors.
  • Provide Customer Support as needed/directed.
