About the Role

Prologistix is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Package Handlers to join our fast-paced warehouse team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and take pride in accuracy and teamwork, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort and process incoming mail and parcels
• Verify label accuracy, including zip code matching
• Operate sorting machinery and load/unload bins and Gaylords
• Scan labels and maintain a clean workstation
• Meet or exceed daily processing targets
• Adapt to various operational areas as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or mailroom experience is a plus

Skills & Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal instructions and standardized procedures
• Strong attention to detail with numeric and alphabetical sorting
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 lbs (heavier loads with assistance)
• Frequent squatting, bending, kneeling, and overhead reaching
• Climb stairs and ladders as needed
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Work in varying temperatures and moderate noise levels

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months recent experience in stand up reach
• Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Attention to details
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse

• Use handheld scanners or onboard computers
• Stand for an entire shift
