We are seeking and experienced Outside Sales Representative – Kansas City, MO to join our clients sales team!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission
• 1st Year Expected Earnings: $80,000+ (with potential to exceed!)

Position Overview:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, building strong client relationships, and providing industrial locking solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales development, forecasting, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
•  Provide technical product knowledge and assist customers in finding the right solutions
• Participate in market research, sales planning, and forecasting
• Manage customer inquiries, proposals, and order processing efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous outside sales experience in a B2B or industrial environment (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain industrial locking products
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to travel within the Kansas City area to meet clients
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Environment:

This role involves a hybrid work structure, including office-based duties and on-site client visits. Standard office equipment and tools will be utilized regularly.
