Job Summary
We are seeking a Dispatch Specialist to coordinate drivers, equipment, and freight while ensuring customer and operational requirements are met. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations to meet delivery requirements

Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries

Provide shipment updates to customers as needed
-
Proactively communicate with customers, internal teams, and management
-
Accurately enter data into a Transportation Management System (TMS)
-
Maintain, generate, and audit required reports and documentation
-
Assist other team members with duties as needed
-
Monitor shipping supply inventory and report low stock levels
-
Reconcile inbound receipts and make inventory system adjustments
-
Monitor and reconcile waste inventory and in-transit reports

Summary We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and tour-ready facility. This role supports daily warehouse operations through consistent cleaning, tool control, and adherence to safety standards. Candidates will be trained to operate a Tennant floor sweeper; however, a PIT license will not be issued for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Facility cleaning — Clean aisles, dock areas, staging zones, under racking, restrooms, and common areas
- Trash & debris removal — Remove trash, shrink wrap, pallet scraps, and debris throughout the shift
- Floor care — Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform spot cleaning of spills
- Equipment upkeep — Perform basic repairs and maintain cleaning tools
- Tennant sweeper operation — Operate floor-sweeping equipment after training (no PIT license issued)
Blue Board & Tool Control Responsibilities
- 5S tool board compliance — Keep blue boards fully stocked, organized, labeled, and visually compliant
- Inspect tools daily for damage or wear
- Replace broken, worn, or missing tools and report shortages
- Maintain clean, orderly tool storage areas
Safety & Compliance
- Warehouse safety rules — Follow pedestrian safety, forklift-awareness protocols, and PPE requirements
- Use only approved cleaning chemicals per SDS and company policy
- Report hazards such as spills, broken pallets, obstructions, or damaged flooring
- Maintain clear walkways, fire lanes, emergency exits, and dock approaches
Operational Support
