Pay: $10.00-$11.00

Schedule: Monday- Saturday, rotating schedules

General Laborers Job Responsibilities:

• Pack fresh fruits and vegetables according to company standards.
• Sort, inspect, and remove damaged or defective produce.
• Pack bagged products into appropriate packaging.
• Stack boxed fruit onto pallets to prepare for shipment.
• Dump pre-processed fruit from cartons to bins.
• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors and work areas.
• Remove trash, debris, and damaged product from the facility.
•  Clean and sanitize processing, packing, and storage areas.

General Laborer Job Responsibilitites:

• Previous warehouse, packing, or produce handling experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

Schedule: Monday- Friday, day shift

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety policies, OSHA regulations, PPE, LOTO, permits, and housekeeping standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
• Coordinate installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Lead equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and changeover performance.
• Manage maintenance workshop operations, tools, and equipment.

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance and/or manufacturing experience, preferably in extrusion, compounding, plastics, or continuous-process operations.
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with twin-screw extrusion, strand pelletizing, and recycled polymer processing is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and airborne particulates.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
