Starting pay: $12.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and collect co-payments
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Medical Receptionist Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting (preferred)Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance procedures
• Proficiency with computers, EMR systems, and office equipmentStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Schedule: Monday- Friday, Saturday

Pay rate: $10-$12 per hour plus Overtime

General Labor Responsibilities: 

• Inspect produce for quality, freshness, and damage
• Load, unload, sort, and stack produce and packaging materials
• Pack, and prepare produce orders for shipment 
• Label, weigh, and record inventory as required 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas 
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards 
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned
