Shipping and Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transactions
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues
- Report damaged or missing items promptly
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, inventory systems)
- Ability to read shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets efficiently
- Move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Assist with sorting, labeling, and staging products for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors
General Laborer Requirements:
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently
