Shift hours are 6am-3:30pm Monday-Friday plus overtime when needed. Pay rate - $19 Steel toe Boots Required The Forklift position requires 70/30 on and off the Forklift and will be operating the Reach Truck to do replenishing. Need a seasoned driver with some HEAVY lifting needed. The associate will typically lift, pull, and move heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50lbs. They also will be walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, and pushing . Additional Resposibilities : Utilize the RF Scanner to pick orders while operating the ForkliftAssure freight is stacked safelyd, organized and within guidelinesPerform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent transportation dispatch experience
- Strong understanding of drayage, trucking, logistics, and driver management
- Experience using transportation management systems (Trinium experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-moving operational environment
- Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assign daily loads to drivers using Trinium, ensuring efficient utilization of equipment and resources
- Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments through terminal websites and customer facilities
- Monitor import and export container movements to ensure on-time service and customer satisfaction
- Provide real-time operational support to drivers and assist with route, scheduling, and service issues
- Generate and maintain daily dispatch reports using information from customer reports, terminal appointments, driver schedules, and operational systems
- Review completed and pending loads to maintain visibility and optimize planning
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipping updates, appointment requirements, delays, and service concerns
- Evaluate driver availability, qualifications, and equipment needs when assigning loads
- Review and approve accessorial charges while coordinating with transportation and settlement teams for accurate billing
- Coordinate equipment repair requests and determine when outside vendors are needed
- Ensure all load information, driver updates, and operational data are entered accurately and promptly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, service levels, safety, and customer experience

What You'll Do
As an Order Selector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and prepared for shipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurately selecting products using a voice-directed headset system
- Matching product numbers and descriptions to customer orders
- Building pallets according to designated stacking patterns
- Repeatedly lifting, carrying, and stacking cases weighing up to 50 pounds
- Shrink-wrapping completed orders for shipment
- Transporting pallets using an electric pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment
- Inspecting products for quality and reporting discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 12:00 PM start time
- Occasional weekends as business needs require
