As a Quality Auditor, you will report to a Lead or Supervisor and ensure that all product is audited and inspected before shipment.
Shift: 10am-7:30pm
· Ensure processes are followed to ensure accuracy and that quality standards are met
· Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations
· Identify non-conformances
· Monitor quality of outgoing shipments
· Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
· Resolve discrepancies or escalate according to process
· Work overtime and weekends
· Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
• 1 or more year of experience in a full-time quality role such as Quality Auditor, Quality Specialist, or Quality Inspector • Basic technical and math skills • Can lift up to 50 poundsWave Planner GEHC

The Customer Service Representative/WavePlanner is crucial role in conducting all GXP & Pharma Regulatory aspects of Operations within our client's assigned business project portfolio and our internal Pharma & Healthcare policies and procedures. We are looking for a front-runner with experience in Pharma Care. The normal operating hours are M-F (see above hours). This may involve working some weekends periodically. The Customer Service Representative/WavePlanner must have experience in a Pharma/Cold Chain environment. This position reports to the Operation’s Manager. This role is a crucial role in conducting all GXP & Pharma Regulatory aspects.
To do well in this role you need to perform the following:
• Perform administrative tasks for area or shift
• Maintain filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Interact with customers and employees, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims
• Coordinate processing of export orders in the AES system.
• Using the WMS system, update area or shift metrics as needed
• Additional duties as assigned, overtime as needed
• Secondary support of local team as needed
