We are looking for a SYSTEMS WIRER in BOONTON, NJ location.
1st Shift Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $28/hour
POSITION SUMMARY:
Wires diversified and sophisticated systems following complex drawings and specifications.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Wiring of large racks, cabinets, and equipment systems which requires the employee to stand, crouch, stretch, and assume physical positions necessary to address work.
* May perform complex point-to-point wiring and harness assembly, chassis back-plane wiring following blueprints, drawings, notes, specifications, harness boards, and models.
* Assembles units requiring skilled fitting, adjusting and aligning to close tolerances. * Has ability to follow work cell procedures.
* Solders to best commercial specifications.
* Uses hand and power tools competently.
* Performs related duties as assigned by supervision.
* Works with limited supervision.
Job Requirements:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Minimum 5 years of electronics assembly and wiring experience.
* Excellent soldering skills.
* Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Uploading documentation: responsible for receiving and uploading of all necessary documentation related to CHB Customs Entries (bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and arrival notices)
- Ensuring compliance with regulations: responsible for ensuring that all documentation is in compliance with 19 CFR 142.6 Invoice Requirements, adequate description of the merchandise, quantities of the merchandise, values and manufacturers
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders: works closely with their assigned CHB teams, as well as external stakeholders, such as clients and forwarders, to gather information and ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete
- Maintaining document management systems: responsible for maintaining document management systems, including organizing and categorizing documents, ensuring version control, and making sure that documents are stored securely
- Providing support and guidance to clients: provide support and guidance to clients to obtain the appropriate documentation required for entry
