Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely shipments, maintain communication with carriers and internal teams, and help drive customer satisfaction through efficient logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule and confirm pickup and delivery appointments.
• Ensure orders are properly staged and ready for shipment.
• Verify shipment accuracy against customer requirements and routing guides.
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with customer service, warehouse operations, and transportation providers.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience required.
• 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Inbound Validator

Shift/Time: 3rd Shift 8:00 PM- 7:00 AM

Department: Inbound

Job Summary:    

Validate incoming shipments by checking quality, quantity, and accuracy of products. Ensures inbound shipments meet operational and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with inbound validation processes.

• Confirm item numbers, quantities, and condition of products received.

• Report damages or discrepancies to group leader.

• Maintain records of validated shipments.

• Assist in resolving receiving issues as they arise.

• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.

• Excellent communications skills, verbal & written required.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. 

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Attendance to detail. 

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• 6+ months in warehouse experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform light to heavy duties.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.  

• Ability to work extended hours as required.

Outbound General Labor – Warehouse

Job Summary

The Outbound General Laborer is responsible for assisting with the preparation, staging, and movement of outbound freight to ensure accurate and timely shipping. This role supports daily warehouse operations by performing physical labor while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label outbound shipments according to order specifications
• Assist with loading trailers and containers, ensuring safe and secure placement of product
• Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy and packaging integrity
• Use RF scanners or manual paperwork to track outbound inventory
• Palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage completed orders in designated outbound areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company standards
• Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents immediately
• Support team leads and equipment operators with additional outbound tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
