Picker (Frozen Warehouse)
We’re seeking a Temp Associate to assist in frozen order picking. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in sub-zero conditions.
Location: Chino, CA
Industry: Popsicle/Ice Cream Distribution
Pay: $18/hr
Assignment Ends: Friday, 7/25
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Monday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Tuesday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Responsibilities:

Accurately pick orders per customer specifications

Ensure products are stored in proper locations

Assist with inventory counts and report out-of-stock items

Now Hiring Administrative Assistant (Bilingual)
Our client, a construction company in the city of Chino is Hiring an Administrative Assistant to start as soon as possible.
Temp to hire!
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $20/h
- Answer/Screen all incoming calls/make outbound calls to homeowners and prospective clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Schedule, coordinate and maintain calendar appointments
- Utilize DocuSign
- Schedule construction work with clients
- Prepare and send work orders
- Draft letters/email correspondence
- Upload daily job photos
- Open new files/close out files (archive)
- Communicate with Insurance Companies/Adjusters regarding Insurance Claim and update homeowners on status of their claim (verbal and written)
- File documents in general file area and keep logs of electronic and paper file.
- Submit invoices and estimates
- Review, update and input project pipeline logs daily
- Inventory of office supplies and organize
- Maintaining office clean/light office cleaning.
- Stock/Restocking snacks & beverage
- Maintain office equipment
- Outgoing/incoming mail
- Social media promotion
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
- Must be Bilingual (English, Spanish)
- Must have 2 years + administrative experience
- Must be able to type min. 40 WPM
- Must be experience with Microsoft systems (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
