Shift & Pay

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Pay Rate: $19.88/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down propane forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
• Perform case picking using an RF scanner
• Scan and verify labels and product codes for accuracy
• Match item numbers with corresponding scan codes
• Check in outbound items using an RF scanner to ensure accuracy with receipts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Prior experience operating a sit-down propane forklift (required)
• Experience with RF scanning equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Order Pickers / Selectors for a temp-to-permanent opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Position Overview

This role involves order picking and selection in a traditional warehouse setting (no conveyor belts). Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet for 10–12 hours per day and have strong spatial awareness, as movement throughout the facility is constant. This is a cold storage food processing facility, so NO FOOD ALLERGIES 

Schedule

• Shift: Sunday–Friday (Saturday and one weekday off)
• Hours: 5:30 PM until work is complete (typically 9–10 hours)
• Flexibility: End times may vary based on order volume
• Minimum: 8 hours per shift required
• Shift Type: 3rd / Night Shift
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay

• $20.00/hr during temp period
• Up to $31.00/hr upon hire based on performance and incentive pay

Equipment Used

• Electric Riding pallet jack (required)
• Stand-up reach truck (preferred; will be used if converted to permanent)

Work Environment

• Cold and wet conditions at times
• Candidate must be comfortable working in these conditions
• Employer provides appropriate PPE for cold environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of order selecting experience required
• Selection experience preferred; general warehouse experience considered
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs individually
• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Proven attendance history:
  • At least 6 months with each employer over the past 2 years
  • Proof of good attendance required

Job Summary

The Fresh Cut Production Associate efficiently processes fresh cut orders for next-day delivery. This role involves cutting, packaging, labeling, and preparing fresh vegetables and other food products while following all food safety and workplace safety rules in cold storage 35-45 degrees.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the processing room is clean and properly sanitized at the start of each shift
• Process fresh cut items and produce based on orders entered into the system
• Cut, prepare, and package fresh vegetables and related food products
• Create and apply labels for products being shipped
• Prepare packaged items for shipment and next-day delivery
• Inspect products to ensure quality meets company standards
• Follow all safety rules, food safety guidelines, and sanitation procedures
• Carry out additional tasks or instructions as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic arithmetic skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Physical ability to:
  • Lift up to 50lbs
  • Bend, squat, push, pull, and stand for long periods
  • Work in confined spaces
• Ability to safely work with sharp cutting instruments
