What You’ll Do

• Unload inbound trucks and containers, sort freight by hand when needed
• Pick, wrap, label, and stage orders for shipment
• Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately
• Perform cycle counts and relocate products as needed
• Maintain quality and customer service standards
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe—clear aisles, sweep floors, and manage outside grounds
• Identify and report safety hazards
• Take on other duties as assigned

ProLogistix is seeking an experience and organized Warehouse Clerk with a strong background in shipping and receiving to join a busy distribution facility in Hillsboro, OR or Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with carriers such as FedEX and a solid understanding of warehouse operations.

Monday through Friday|11AM to 7:30pm| $20.80 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and inspect incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, or other carrier systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems.
• Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including organization, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Communicate with internal departments and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience (UPS/FedEx systems experience is a plus)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, shipping software, and inventory systems)
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
