Well known Manufacturing Company located in the City of Victorville is seeking to hire Plant Administrator to join their awesome team!

Plant Administrator Pay Rate: $25.00

Plant Administrator Schedule: 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM Monday-Friday

Plant Administrator responsibilities and duties.

Administrative: Oversee day-to-day operations, including office supplies, equipment, and filing systems
Financial: Manage accounts payable and receivable and prepare financial reports in Power Bi software.
Purchasing: Create purchase orders, coordinate with procurement, and ensure materials meet demand
Safety: Follow and enforce safety guidelines, and promote a safe workplace
Communication: Support executives, customers, and visitors, and manage communication boards and social media
Training: Coordinate training programs, including first aid, CPR, and defensive driving
HR: Support HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, and employee records.
Events: Organize events, site visits, and orientation programs
Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation
Vendor management: Manage local vendors, including uniforms, cleaning services, and temp agencies.

A well-known Manufacturing Company located in the City of Victorville is seeking to hire certified forklift operators to join their batching team!

Certified Forklift Pay Rate: $27.00

Certified Forklift Schedule: 6 AM-2:30 PM Monday-Friday (must be flexible with shift)

Performance to hire!

Certified Forklift Responsibilities and Duties:

Safe operation of forklift in warehouse and production areas
Scanning of materials and data entry when required
Able to lift 50 lbs. throughout shift
Assures Stock Rotation (FIFO) system is followed.
Visually inspect raw materials for damage, contamination, or discoloration.
Correct and accurate completion of assigned paperwork.
Adhere to all BOS and SAP standards and activities.
Document incoming shipments and movements as required.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain housekeeping and GMP standards.
