Local Company is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Lebanon, IN. This position is responsible for assembling fixtures and products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine assembly tasks with minimal supervision.
• Work in two manufacturing departments as needed based on production schedules.
• Build products using assembly instructions, blueprints, engineering sketches, and verbal directions.
• Identify and report defective parts, incorrect dimensions, or workmanship issues.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical testing and troubleshooting on finished products and subassemblies.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete work orders, time sheets, and test documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow company safety standards, ISO procedures, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
