Available Shifts:

• 6am to 5p Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• 6pm to 5a Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• 6am to 5a working Tuesday To Friday
• 6pm to 5p working Tuesday to Friday

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably within a logistics, fulfillment, or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Verify accuracy of outbound shipments, including product type, quantity, lot/serial numbers, labeling, and packaging. 
• Check shipments against order documentation and WMS data to ensure compliance with customer specifications. 
• Inspect packaging integrity, correct labeling, and overall product presentation.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or non-conforming products promptly.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams (picking, packing, and shipping) to resolve issues and prevent recurring errors. 
• Record and report quality checks and findings in line with company procedures.
• Support internal audits, process improvements, and corrective action initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Job Requirements:

Job Qualifications: 

• 1 to 2 years recent experience in a fast paced warehouse, fulfillment or logistics operations facility
• Previous Experience in quality assurance, quality control or auditing is highly preferred 
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly and accurately
• Must provide and wear Composite toe safety shoes
• Attention to Detail
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend and reach
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
