Job Requirements

• Degree in accounting or related degree and 2 years working experience in accounting
• Experience with accounting software and data entry in NetSuite is preferred
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical skills

Job Responsibilities

• Follow warehouse policies and procedures
• Receive and post payments to customer accounts/invoices from checks, ACH payments, wire transfers, and virtual credit cards
• Record payables with appropriate vendor payment information in NetSuite
• Execute bill payments via check within due date timeframe and post for mailing
• Bill sales orders upon fulfillment per customer pricing, shipping, and taxability settings to create cash sale records or invoices
• Add tracking numbers to online sales records in BigCommerce and eBay to trigger automated customer notifications
• Create item receipts for returns via RMAs
• Issue credit memos and refunds
• Provide customers/vendors with invoice records, payment receipts, and statements monthly or as requested
• Monitor checking account(s) daily for pending charges and payments and ensure they are entered appropriately into NetSuite
• Research accounting discrepancies and correct where possible from saved searches/reports (e.g. Unapplied Payments, Customer A/R Aging Report, Open Invoices with PO)
• Monitor online credit card payment gateway for evidence of potential fraud
• Contact customers and collaborate to collect on past due amounts where appropriate
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and standard
• Work with management to create a budget based on income and expenditure accounts
• Monthly analysis of actual vs. budget income and expenditures with management

Job Requirements

• Package, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material

• Valid driver's license 

• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
• Arrange appropriate transportation of products
• Assist customers with shipping inquiries
• Learn our current ERP system
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• WIP to finished goods
• Must have be able to communicate both verbally and in writing

• Experience on Forklift or other industrial equipment

Job Responsibilities

Shifts and locations vary based on client need and schedule.

Audio Tech:

• Set and strike audio equipment in breakout rooms, on exhibit floor or in general session.
• Identify miscellaneous mic cables.
• Run mic cables to multi-channel boards.
• Operate audio boards to support live presentations.
• Work with presenters for proper mic positioning and sound quality.
• Record meetings.
• Load and unload trucks.

Video Tech:

• Set up and focus video projectors.
• Set up fast-fold screens.
• Assist with camera set up.
• Run video cabling.
• Set up and operate video switching systems and record meetings.
• Oversee virtual conferencing using Zoom or Teams.
• Install LED walls.
• Install Digital Signage/LED Monitors.

Meeting Room Techs:

• Set up projectors, fast fold screens, audio equipment and computers for conferences.
• Provide speaker support to presenters.
• Troubleshoot all in room equipment when necessary.
• Open PowerPoint presentation files for presenters.
• Provide presenter support, customer service
• Ensure that projectors are focused.
• Coordinate in roll activities and schedules with presenters and room monitors.
