Warehouse Associate – Picking/Packer

Location: Chino, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday + Saturday OT

Shifts:

• 1st: 4:00 AM–12:30 PM (OT 2:30 AM)

Pay:

• 1st shift: $17.50/hr

About the Role

You’ll help keep the warehouse running smoothly by restocking materials, moving product, and supporting pickers so orders can be completed efficiently. This role requires being on your feet most of the day and involves a lot of walking, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active.

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory and supplies at workstations
• Move completed picks and materials to designated areas
• Support pickers to maintain steady workflow
• Use RF scanners to track inventory
• Select, verify, label, and pick orders
• Compare picking/packing lists to customer documents
• Recount product before shipment
• label and address products according to customer requirements
• Assist with general warehouse tasks
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Walk throughout the warehouse for most of the shift

• RF scanner experience
• Warehouse picking experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

We're seeking a Warehouse Lead / Forklift Operator in Mira Loma, CA!

• Sunday-Thursday
• 10pm-6:30am
• $24/hr.

• Safely perform all Forklift Operator duties including WM transactions, RF scanning, FIFO, inventory accuracy, dock safety, and MHE operation.
• Coordinate daily workflow and assign work to forklift operators.
• Monitor task completion, productivity, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Coach and train forklift operators and support certifications.
• Support cycle counts, inventory investigations, and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate priorities between Warehouse Supervisor and operators.
• Serve as acting supervisor in the supervisor's absence.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities contained in the Riverside Forklift Operator job description.
• Verify put away, replenishment, picking, and loading activities are completed accurately.
• Ensure FIFO, location accuracy, and RF scanning compliance.
• Verify trailer inspections, dock locks, wheel chocks, and restraint systems before loading/unloading.
• Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, PPE, OSHA, and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with scheduling daily work assignments and communicating shift priorities.
• Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and unsafe conditions.
• Promote the Riverside warehouse standards: Everything Has a Home, Scan Every Move, Inventory Accuracy Matters, Pick with Accuracy, FIFO Always, Safety First.
• Is primary back-up to Warehouse Supervisor in his absence.
• Follow rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
• Needs to work closely with production supervisors and leads to specific needs for daily production.

Job Requirements:

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse/MHE experience preferred.
• Lead or team coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and SAP WM/WMS preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Completion of Aspire Bakeries MHE, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and operational training
• MHE requires Reach & Sit down Forklift
