Production Line Lead

3rd shift, 11 PM - 7:30 AM

-Sunday - Thursday

Pay - $22.50

• Oversee assembly production line and temporary employees
• Supervise and assist with labeling and casing or packing of materials or products.
• Train new temporary workforce
• Provides feedback to employees on job expectations and conducts employee counseling.
• Performs duties as described under Shift Supervisor
• Maintain all appropriate paperwork
• Communicate with ID Logistics Management to continually address any production issues, discuss production line improvements, handle labor issues, and correct packing and machine problems
• Maintain production line efficiency, quality, cleanliness and safety
• Work all overtime required
• Ensure temporary employees are in compliance with proper Personnel Protective Equipment
• Line Leads must always be in compliance with PPE.

We currently have openings for Crown Reach / Stand-Up Forklift Operators at our Joliet and  Elwood location.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm $19.69/ hr 

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $20.19/hr

Job Duties:

Case picking and full pallet picking Replenishment Loading/unloading trucks Wrapping pallets for shipping Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements: Steel toe or composite-toe shoes required Temp-to-hire opportunity

• Move stock and stage products in production area
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate
• Ensure proper stock location
• Ability to move positions as needed (slow season) work production lines
• Operate forklift in production area safety around pedestrian's

Material Handler needed in Joliet. ( Reach Truck or Cherry Picker ) 

2^nd shift 3pm-11:30pm (OT 12:30AM)   Saturday  12pm-8:30pm

3rd Shift 10pm-6:30am (OT 7:30AM)  (Mandatory overtime on Saturday) $21.50 

Job Description: Operate and drive material handling equipment such as forklift, or pallet jack to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products in a DC.

-Case picking

-Full pallet picking

-Replenish

-Loading/unloading

-Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Assembly of work out machines
• Bending and lifting over 50 lbs. Team lift required if you need to lift more than 50 lbs. 
• Cleaning of the site by pushing dumpster around interior and exterior of the site.
• Work on special projects with a member of the Management team.
• Anything deemed necessary by the Management team.
• They will not be allowed to drive equipment.  

Stand-Up Reach Truck/ Sit-down Operators

Schedule: 3-2-2 work schedule.

7PM-7AM Rotating schedule 

Must be available to work every other weekend and 12 hour shifts.

PIT Operators work in both shipping and receiving environments.

Sit down forklift experience is a plus

1st Shift OT available before or after the shift and on Saturdays 

10:30 am-7:00pm $19 an hour
