Job Duties:

• Primary business contact to provided excellent customer service to accounts Organize, input and update relevant data
• including the creation of shipping documents
• Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an effective manner and involve supervisor/management if needed to assist

looking for a CSR 2nd shift. Pay Rate: $23.00 Schedule: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm it may change to Sun-Thurs. Sunday’s schedule is 8am-4pm. Position reports to the Facility Manager, Area Administrative Manager, or Operations Manager. This position has no direct reports. 

Completes all customer service activities including:

• Responding to inquiries
• Processing orders and handling complaints in a prompt and courteous manner

responsibilities:  

1. Process and input all customer orders.
2. Run stock reports to verify product availability.
3. Generate all related documentation and information necessary to pick and ship customer orders.
• File all documentation in proper location
4. Post inventory transactions.
5. Check all orders for special requests, including requests to expedite.
6. Trace orders as required and communicate status to the customer.
7. Complete invoicing in timely and accurate manner.
8. Maintain accurate and comprehensive procedure documentation.
• Maintain damage records and back-order logs
9. Answer phone calls and operate various types of office equipment, including computing equipment.
10. Maintain excellent working relationship with all customer contacts by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory counts in a timely and courteous manner
11. Report customer feedback to management, including signs of customer dissatisfaction.

Complete all training requirements in a timely manner, to include vertical alliance training

 Warehouse Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.

• Conduct weekly/ monthly PM on equipment.
• Install appliances and equipment.

• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.
• Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues.
