• Receive incoming shipments from carriers, vendors, and suppliers.• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documents.

• Inspect products for damage, shortages, overages, and quality concerns.• Accurately enter receiving data into the warehouse management system ERP system.

• Label, sort, and stage products for put-away and inventory storage.

• Coordinate with purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse teams regarding discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of received goods and file supporting documentation.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.

Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.

• Other related functions as needed and requested.

REQUIREMENTS:

Job Description – Material Clerk W.E. PM 6pm-6amResume RequiredGeneral DescriptionResponsible for accurately counting and verifying all material received, ensuring that all information on tickets and related documents is correct. This role supports warehouse accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards.Essential Job FunctionsCount and verify material upon receipt.Confirm and match information against tickets, shipping documents, or purchase orders.Accurately perform data entry and maintain records of receipts.Communicate discrepancies or issues with material counts in a timely manner.Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAccurate typing and data entry skills.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.Ability to comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms, and documents.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Demonstrates teamwork and accountability, balancing team and individual responsibilities.Consistently punctual and reliable.Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.One (1) to three (3) years of related experience required.Minimum of one (1) year industry experience preferred (warehousing, logistics, or supply chain).
